How are Harley-Davidson motorcycles delivered?

Bikes purchased online for home delivery are shipped using specialized Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers. Your motorcycle is custom-crated, secured to a heavy-duty pallet, and delivered via a lift-gate truck safely to ground level at your location. Alternatively, you can choose to have it routed to your local authorized dealership for pickup.

How long does it take to ship parts and apparel?

Standard merchandise like helmets, jackets, riding gear, and smaller accessories are shipped via standard courier networks (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Most standard orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Do the motorcycles come fully assembled and ready to ride?

Yes. Before any motorcycle leaves our facility or a local dealership, it undergoes a rigorous multi-point Technical QA inspection. The battery is connected, fluids are checked, and all mechanical systems are calibrated to factory specifications so it is ready for the road immediately upon delivery.

Can I pick up my new bike or gear at a local dealership?

Absolutely. During checkout, you can select the "Dealership Pickup" option. Our platform will automatically locate the nearest authorized fulfillment node to you. For parts and apparel, this allows you to bypass shipping fees entirely.

What is the return policy for riding gear vs. motorcycles?

Apparel, helmets, and unworn/uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Motorcycles, however, are subject to specific state vehicle purchasing laws and dealership protocols. If there is a structural or mechanical issue upon delivery, please refuse the freight delivery and contact our support team immediately.
